  • Mix 1 oz of F.I.T. Brine with 1 cup of water for every 1 lb of meat, add your meat, refrigerate for 6–12 hours, then cook like normal. For vegetables, toss 3 lbs of vegetables or potatoes with 3 tbsp olive oil and 1 oz of F.I.T. Brine.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder first. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us with your order number.

  • Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

  • For your first order, we recommend Garlic & Herb, Lemon Pepper, Original Hickory, or Sweet & Spicy. If you love heat, try Jamaican Jerk, Mango Habanero, or Savory Chipotle.

  • F.I.T. Brine is customizable. Next time, use a little more meat, add extra water, or reduce the brining time. For a lighter flavor, try 1 oz F.I.T. Brine + 1.25 cups water per pound of meat or brine for fewer hours.
