    2. Refrigerate

    Add your meat and refrigerate for 6–12 hours.

    3. Cook

    Grill, bake, roast, smoke, sauté, or air fry like normal.

  • Use 1 oz of F.I.T. Brine + 1 cup of water for every 1 lb of meat.

  • For most uses, no. Remove the meat from the brine and cook like normal. For better browning or searing, pat it dry first.

  • Yes. You can use it directly on vegetables, potatoes, seafood, or meat. Start light and adjust to taste.

  • Yes. Toss 3 lbs of vegetables or potatoes with 3 tbsp olive oil and 1 oz of F.I.T. Brine, then roast or sauté.
