FIT Brine Lamb Burger

Garlic & Herb Jamaican Jerk Lamb Main Dishes Sweet & Spicy Thai Curry

Flavor Recommendations: Thai Curry, Garlic & Herb, Jamaican Jerk, Sweet & Spicy F.I.T. BrineTM

INGREDIENTS (4 servings): 

  • 2 lbs ground lamb
  • 1 oz (approxmately half of 1/3 cup) F.I.T. BrineTM
  • 8oz feta cheese crumbles
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • Optional - lettuce
  • Optional - tomato
  • Optional - bacon
  • Optional - mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard


  • Mix thoroughly 2lbs ground lamb with 1 oz F.I.T. BrineTM, feta cheese, and diced onion
  • Divide the ground lamb mixture into 4 evenly distributed balls and flatten till they are about 5 inches in diameter
  • Grill the patties till to medium doneness. Grill the buns
  • Place the patties on the buns and top with optional fixings.
  • Serve with recommended side dishes (Found in the Vegetables & Sides Section)
