Flavor Recommendations: Thai Curry, Garlic & Herb, Jamaican Jerk, Sweet & Spicy F.I.T. BrineTM
INGREDIENTS (4 servings):
- 2 lbs ground lamb
- 1oz (approxmately half of 1/3 cup) F.I.T. BrineTM
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 diced onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat broiler
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together
- Shape the meat into golf ball sized balls
- Oil a baking sheet and place meatballs on the sheet
- Broil meatballs in the oven till they are nicely browned (about 6-8 minutes, turning them over halfway through)
