INGREDIENTS (4 serving):
- 4 thick, bone-in, center cut pork
- 1oz (approximately half of 1/3 cup) F.I.T. BrineTM for every pound of pork chop meat
- olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Brine pork chops per instructions on package.
- Heat an iron skillet or frying pan
- When the pan is hot, add olive oil
- Sear pork chops 5-7 minutes on each side (flip once)
