Flavor Recommendations: Garlic & Herb, Lemon Pepper, Original Hickory, Mango Habanero F.I.T. BrineTM Flavor
INGREDIENTS (4 servings):
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 oz (approximately half of 1/3 cup) F.I.T. BrineTM
- 2lbs tilapia of salmon fillets
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash the tilapia/salmon fillets, pat dry, and place in appropriately sized bowl
- Preheat skillet or wok to medium high heat.
- Add olive oil to the bowl and toss tilapia/salmon fillets till surface is evenly coated
- Season the tilapia/salmon fillets with F.I.T. BrineTM
- Apply cooking spray to the skillet or wok
- Cook the tilapia/salmon fillets for about 4 minutes/side till fish flakes easily with a fork
