Pan Seared Tilapia/Salmon

Garlic & Herb Lemon Pepper Main Dishes Mango Habanero Original Hickory Seafood

Flavor Recommendations: Garlic & Herb, Lemon Pepper, Original Hickory, Mango Habanero F.I.T. BrineTM Flavor

INGREDIENTS (4 servings):

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 oz (approximately half of 1/3 cup) F.I.T. BrineTM
  • 2lbs tilapia of salmon fillets


  • Wash the tilapia/salmon fillets, pat dry, and place in appropriately sized bowl
  • Preheat skillet or wok to medium high heat.
  • Add olive oil to the bowl and toss tilapia/salmon fillets till surface is evenly coated
  • Season the tilapia/salmon fillets with F.I.T. BrineTM 
  • Apply cooking spray to the skillet or wok
  • Cook the tilapia/salmon fillets for about 4 minutes/side till fish flakes easily with a fork
  • Serve with recommended side dishes (Found in the Vegetables & Sides Section)
